Please join us on the first weekend in October 2021 as we celebrate Maine Craft Weekend in conjunction with the Maine Craft Association.
Visit Beautiful Doles Orchard, in Limington Maine, bringing together the best Maine artists, crafters and craftsmen for a two-day festival on our historic farm.
In addition to the farm it is also home to Doles Orchard Boxshop.
We have ample space for up to 100 vendors and will provide food for sale, free live music and sanitation facilities.

Doles Orchard Fall Craft Festival Rules and Regulations
The show will be held 10/2/21 – 10/3/21 unless steady rains are predicted. On the Friday prior to the event the weather call will be made by noon for Saturday, and by noon on Saturday for Sunday. All participants will be notified of any change via email. No refunds are provided for inclement weather.
ARTISTS & MAKERS ONLY. No direct sales lines, kits, or product produced outside of New England.
Please send in any space requests with your application. Please note we cannot guarantee requested spaces.
Refunds are not issued to artists not satisfied with location or sales. Booth assignments will not be confirmed until September 20th, 2021.
For consistency of the show, 10 x 10 pop-up tents are required for all artists. Each space is $75.00
Booths will be in a grassy area where stakes can be placed in addition to the required minimum of 25lbs of weight per tent leg.
One exhibitor per booth, no sharing. A limited number of double booths are available. Please note that you would like a double booth when you apply.
Set-up time begins at noon on Friday by appointment. Saturday set up begins at 7am. Artists must be ready and open by 10am when the farm opens.
PLEASE UNLOAD YOUR CAR AND REMOVE FROM SHOW AREA AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Cars must be moved from the festival area by 9am (no later). Artist or an agent of the artist must attend exhibit space at all times during open hours. Breakdown on Sunday is to begin no earlier than 4:00pm – those who break down earlier will not be invited back.
We encourage leaving booths set up to whatever extent you are comfortable (leave everything closed up in the walls of your tent, leave only the tent and tables, or anything in between). Please note that the property will be closed to the public after 6pm, and the residents of the property will be on the premises. For peace of mind, we recommend taking any valuable or sentimental items with you when you leave. Landowners are not responsible for any theft or damage.
No electrical accommodations are available.
There is ample space for vendor parking, separate from customer parking! Please do not park in customer parking areas – park in designated Vendor Parking areas only. Follow signs or ask for assistance!
Payment is required once you have been accepted into the show and assigned a space in order to hold that space.
Cancellation Policy: 50% Refund before September 15, 2021; No refunds after this date.
It is likely that there will be additional guidance from the State of Maine and CDC regarding SPECIAL EVENTS AND FESTIVALS and COVID-19. Any recommendations or requirements in effect at the time of the Festival will be enforced . This includes, but is not limited to, masking for participants and vendors, hand sanitizer stations, social distancing, etc.
